Thank You
to all the residents and businesses who have responded to our annual fund drive in the past. The 2010 Fund drive starts this month. We appreciate your generous donations towards our emergency services.
The response rate fell short of our 25% response goal! The department and our volunteers desperately need your donations to offset our annual operating expenses.
We respectfully ask you to consider donating towards the department today. Your donation will help support the emergency services that our 20+ volunteers provide to the Rutherford & Swatara Twp. Area.

Dont forget to Shovel out your Hydrant..!
Whenever it snows in our area, PLEASE dont forget to shovel the area around the Fire Hydrant in front of your home or business.
The extra time it takes Firefighters to locate and shovel out a buried hydrant could be the difference in saving a home or a loved one.
Imagine Firefighters trying to find this
